When you select your equipment, ABP guarantees it provide the lowest equipment and service contract pricing in the marketplace. ABP will match any documented lower priced competitive quote on comparable equipment at any time before the order is signed and up to 30 days from installation of a new copier/printer from ABP.

If for any reason you decide you are not satisfied with the machine purchased, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. This applies to leases too!

You are eligible to upgrade to ABP’s latest line of digital equipment with equal or higher capabilities at any time during a 12, 24, or 36 month lease without being responsible for the balance of monthly payments owed on the equipment portion of the lease.

If for any reason you decide you are not satisfied with the machine purchased, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. This applies to leases too!

Most companies stop at 5 days a week. Not us! For those with demanding schedules and deadlines, we offer machine service & repair 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm at no additional cost.

If Automated misses the maximum response time on a specific device during a calendar month and your machine is down, Automated will provide service and supplies for that device, free, for that month.

Automated guarantees 95% equipment uptime. Specifically, if your machine is inoperable for more than 5% over the course of one year, We will provide 2 months of free service and supplies.

ABP will repair or exchange your machine during its entire lifetime of active service (lease or purchase) with an identical or like model, if the identical model is no longer available.*

* Customer Responsibilities– Entirely contingent upon the customer consistently being current on all invoices and maintaining a continuous full service contract on the equipment covered by this agreement. Any lease buyouts paid by ABP as part of the original transaction must be refunded to ABP prior to executing the money back or lease cancellation guarantee. ABP must receive your registered letter requesting a refund within 30 days of the original contract date to qualify for the 30 day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee or Lease Cancellation Guarantee.
